Bum’s Rush Screenplay

Again and again I read a script with a great plot and great characterization where the screenwriter nails down the plot elements and character elements without sacrificing one for the other only to watch the screenwriter go easy on the protagonist.

Development

This stage mainly consists of planning and conceptualising a script Bum’s Rush, based off a book, another movie, a true story, or can even be an original concept. Of course, you may not be writing a happy ending, and the dramatic change may be for the worse. That can be just as effective:
