How to Stream 2020 Best Picture Winner ‘Parasite’ For Free on Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, iOS and Android – The Streamable

News that Hulu had scored exclusive streaming rights to Bong Joon Ho’s “Parasite” first came out in February. Now, the 2020 Academy Award “Best Picture” oscar-winning film will officially hit your screen at home on Wednesday, April 8th — and you can stream it on Hulu for free with a 30-Day Free Trial.

How to Stream ‘Parasite’ For Free

The film comes as part of both Hulu and Hulu Live TV huge library of on-demand streaming content. The on-demand service starts at $5.99 a month (with limited commercials) or $10.99 a month (with no ads), after a 30-Day Free Trial.

You also get access to the on-demand library, in addition to 65+ cable channels with Hulu Live TV, which is available with a 7-Day Free Trial.

According to Variety, “Hulu’s streaming rights to ‘Parasite’ come under a multiyear licensing pact it struck with Neon back in 2017, under which all of the distributor’s films and content become available to stream exclusively on Hulu following their theatrical release.”

About Parasite

The film is a thriller/dark comedy that chronicles the life of an impoverished South Korean family as they pretend to be qualified professionals in order to gain long-term employment by a wealthy family. “Parasite” was co-written and directed by Bong. (He collaborated with Jin Won Han on the screenplay). The film won four Oscars at this year’s ceremony — best picture, international film, best director and original screenplay.
